» Training Programme
We have continuous trainings. Everyone in the team is in
decision making, problem solving position and we want them to be
well prepared for that responsibility. That is why we external
training, internal training and on-the-job training to achieve
that objective.

 Internal
training is provided for new employees, so that they can
understand the company’s project, product, service and process. |
External training is conducted by machinery
supplier and given at oversea suppliers factory
site.

 On-the-job
training is conducted for employees to ensure, that they are
aware of their respective roles and responsibilities. |
