   Chilled Water Plants

   • 180m7hr river water treatment facilities
   • 3 x 1500 kw water chillers
   • 1000 m3 water treatment facilities to clean and re-circulate the dirty water from
     the wet belt
  


 

   Aggregate Feeding System & Aggregate Cooling Facilities

   • Receiving hoppers (4 x 40m3)
   • 36m x 2 nos. and 39m x 1 no. coarse aggregate feeding conveyor
   • 101m x 1 no. fine aggregate feeding conveyor with reversible discharge conveyor
   • 80m x 2 nos. reclaim conveyors
   • 148m cooling gallery for 148 m x 2 nos. 'wet' belts (1600 mm wide)
   • 2 nos. dewatering screens
   • 80 m x 2 nos. incline conveyors for coarse aggregate
   • 73 m x 1 no. incline conveyor for fine aggregate
   • Aggregate distribution by reversible & automatic moveable discharge conveyor on the top of the inline silos
   • For effective cooling result all conveyor belts, cooling gallery and storage silos are insulated
